These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LegacyKin website and your purchase and use of LegacyKin digital products.

By using this website or purchasing a LegacyKin product, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase a product as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
LegacyKin provides educational information, organisational tools, worksheets, templates and other resources intended to help individuals and families organise important information, preserve family stories and values, and think about practical and personal aspects of their legacy.
LegacyKin does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Our products are designed to support personal organisation and reflection. They are not substitutes for advice from an appropriately qualified professional where professional advice is required.
LegacyKin products may include downloadable PDFs, fillable PDFs, worksheets, checklists, templates and other digital resources.
The contents and formats included with each purchase are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LegacyKin products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable software and equipment to open and use the files. Where we describe a product as a fillable PDF, functionality may vary between PDF applications and devices.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant product or checkout page.
Where applicable taxes are collected by us, displayed consumer prices are intended to include those taxes unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not directly store your complete payment-card details.
Your purchase is complete when payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order.
Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment through a download or access page and/or a link sent to the email address provided during checkout.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.
If you do not receive or cannot access your purchase, contact hello@legacykin.co and we will take reasonable steps to restore access.
We may update the location or method through which files are delivered, provided this does not materially reduce the product you purchased.
LegacyKin digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment.
If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. Where the legal requirements for ending that cancellation right upon immediate supply of digital content have not been satisfied, your statutory cancellation right remains unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
We want LegacyKin products to be supplied as described and to function reasonably for their intended purpose.
If a file is corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us at hello@legacykin.co so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, restore access or provide another remedy.
We do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
When you purchase or download a LegacyKin resource, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal and household purposes.
You may print reasonable copies for your own personal or household use.

“LegacyKin” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or ownership without our permission.

Information relating to wills, estates, probate, inheritance, beneficiaries, pensions, insurance, digital assets, tax, property, healthcare wishes or similar subjects should not be treated as personalised professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information contained in our products or website.
